Baddha Natarajasana is an Asanas. It is translated as Bound Lord of Dance Pose from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "baddha" meaning "bound", "Nataraja" meaning "Lord of Dance", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".

Benefits and Cautions

This advanced pose has many benefits: it creates a sense of balance, increases spinal flexibility, opens up the chest and front shoulders, and stretches the abdominals.Be careful while doing this pose if you have any spinal injuries, shoulder injuries, or if balance is an issue.
