Polypodium vulgare
Polypodium vulgare is a Evergreen Fern up to 0.30 metres tall. It is harvested from the wild for local use as a food, medicine and source of materials.
Uses
Hepatitis, Jaundice, Indigestion, Skin rashes, Pleurisy, Sore throats, Stomach aches, Liver diseases, Inflammations.[1]

How to plant/cultivate
Easily grown in most light soils. Prefers a soil of leaf mould and a cool but not too moist clay. Prefers a cool damp shady position. Thrives in dry shade.[4]
