Suptavajrasana is an Asana. It is translated as Reclining Thunderbolt Pose from Sanskrit.
The name of this pose comes from "supta" meaning "reclining", "vajra" meaning "thunderbolt" and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits
- It helps open the ankles, knees, hips, and quadriceps (front thighs).
