The medicines are prepared in a clean environment by adopting highest degree of plant and personal hygiene to ensure safety and efficacy of the products. All GMP guidelines such as standard operating procedures, Batch Manufacturing Records, In-process Controls and In-House Standards are stringently followed to ensure the highest quality. The quality management plan starts from the selection of the vendors, creating SOP's (Standard operating procedures) for testing of raw material, intermediate product and finished products, and the calibration of the instruments and manufacturing equipment. the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Lab work in perfect coordination with the Production Department at each and every step of the process to maintain international standards of manufactuing.

SKM company receives around organically cultivated 50 herbals from its own herbal garden. The company have 5 acres herbal garden inside the saminathapuram factory premises and 2 acres garden at kasipalayam village near karur.
