Technique

  1. Initially perform Purna Chakrasana
  2. Then slow and steadily slide your legs in such a manner that they are really straight and much firm
  3. Do ensure that the crown of the head must directly touch your hips
  4. Then, remain in the position for just 8-10 seconds
  5. Do return to the initial stage of Chakrasana
  6. Then return to normal posture
  7. Do relax your entire body by lying down on the floor
