General Descripition

Medicines which are used in the form of smoke by burning of it called Dhūpa.

Method of preparation

The drugs are made in the form of coarse powder and put of the fire to produce smoke.[1]

Characteristics

  • Dhūpa made of plant drugs. The powder should not lose their oroginal colour and smell.

Preservation

  • Dhūpa made of plant drugs. When kept in air tight container can be used for 2 years.
